In 2010 we started the NEXDINE Foundation because we believe giving back is not only important, but our responsibility. Giving back aligns with our guiding principle, Be Thoughtful & Kind. With every human connection, lead with kindness. Be thoughtful in ways that amaze everyone around you.

Our Colleagues make the difference

Our colleagues dedicate their time, energy, and heart to organizing our charitable events like our annual charity golf tournament. Because of their incredible efforts, we’re able to donate thousands of dollars each year. None of this would be possible without their commitment and generosity.

A Message from David
I sincerely want to thank our many great sponsors for their generous support. Our Annual Golf Tournament is our main fundraiser, and each year the response has been overwhelming. Without our generous sponsors, this event would not be possible. The NEXDINE Foundation is a registered 501 (c) (3) organization and 100% of all profits go directly to beneficiaries. Event proceeds are not used for administrative expenses. This is very important to us, as we want to help as many people as possible. With the money raised, the foundation hopes to improve the lives of some people in need, if only for a short time.

Each year NEXDINE Offers an educational scholarship to Colleagues and their family members who want to achieve a higher education.

COMMUNITY CARE

Connecting people to their communities, builds a strong sense of belonging and is part of our culture. Join us in supporting the Mansfield Redemption Center who supports people with disabilities to work.

Helping Hands Committee

The Helping Hands Committee is a passionate, employee-led group within the NEXDINE Foundation dedicated to giving back and strengthening the communities we serve. Through volunteer initiatives, fundraising efforts, and meaningful partnerships, the committee empowers team members to make a tangible impact—one act of service at a time.
